Dr. Raju Mohindra is a consultant radiologist by profession, having graduated with a Master of Science in Radiology from Nairobi University. Dr. Raju Mohindra is a co-founder of Dawa Life Sciences and serves as the Strategy Committee chair. He is also deeply involved in local social impact projects and philanthropy.
Co-Founder and Board Member
Dr. Ajay Patel joined forces with Dr. Raju Mohindra to establish Dawa Life Sciences. A pharmacist from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Dr. Ajay leverages his expertise in clinical pharmacokinetics and extensive experience in retail and pharmacy. He plays a pivotal role in overseeing and strategizing the company's operations and growth alongside the senior management team.
Co-founder
Reema is a finance expert (BSc Management Science from the London School of Economics). She has experience as an auditor with various companies such as PwC, Del Monte.
Board Advisor
Arun Mathur is an independent advisor, having graduated from IIT, Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Varanasi with a degree in Metallurgical Engineering and a Diploma in Statistical Methods. He brings extensive experience from various banks in India, Bahrain, and East Africa, and is dedicated to promoting the ethical growth of African businesses.
Head of Commercial Operations
Arjun joined Dawa Life Sciences after working as a Management Consultant at the Boston Consulting Group. He plays a key role in developing the product pipeline and establishing strategic partnerships. Arjun leads the sales teams for Branded, Essential Health and International Business while supporting business process excellence. He holds an MSc in Finance from LSE and a BSc in Mathematics & Statistics from the University of Warwick.
Head of Technology Services
Carolyne is a technology enthusiast, deeply passionate about the transformative impact it has on businesses. With over 12 years of experience as an SAP consultant, she has successfully automated complex manufacturing processes and implemented system controls. A results-oriented leader with a track record of driving successful IT projects, she holds a BSc. degree in Information Sciences from Moi University and is certified in SAP Finance & Controlling (FICO).
