2 Boli for 40kg body weight for liver flukes.

Active ingredients: Amprolium Hydrochloride BP (Vet) 200mg, Sulphaquinoxaline Sodium 150mg, Vitamin K 35mg, Vitamin A, retinal acetate 15000IU
Indications:
Antiprotozoal and antibacterial for prevention and treatment of coccidiosis and bacterial infections caused by E. Coli, Salmonella, and staphylococci in poultry, calves, sheep and goats.
The added vitamins prevent haemorrhagic syndrome and protects the epithelia in connection with coccidiosis.
Dosage and Administration:
1gram per 3 litres of drinking water for 3-5 consecutive days.
Medicated water must be used within 24 hours.
Calves, lambs and young goats: 1gm per 5-10 kg body weight for 5 days.
Warning: Do not administer to laying parent stock.
Withdrawal period from last day of treatment:
Meat: 10 days.

Generic name: Anticoccidial
Active ingredients: Amprolium Hydrochloride 200mg
Indications.
It is used as a preventive or therapeutic agent against Eimeria infections in poultry, especially E. tenella, E. necatrix, E. acervulina and E. praecox.
It is effective against other protozoal infections like Histomoniasis (Blackhead) in poultry and turkeys against coccidiosis in calves, sheep and goats and against amoebiasis in various species.
It is safe to use in layers.
Dosage and Administration:
For oral administration.
Calves, sheep and goats:
Preventive: 1gm per 40kg body weight through drinking water or milk for 7-14 days.
Curative: 1gm per 20kg body weight through drinking water or milk for 5 days.
Medicated water or milk should be used immediately.
Poultry: Water for 1-2weeks.
Curative: 1gm per 1.5-2litres of drinking water for 2-5 days.
Medicated water should be discarded after 24 hours.

Indications:
Treatment of East coast fever and other forms of Theileriosis in cattle caused by strains of Theileria parva, Theileria annulata, Theileria mutans Theileria orientalis.
It is active against both the schizont and piroplasm stages of Theileria species and may be used in the incubation period of the disease or when clinical signs are apparent.
Dosage and Administration:
A single injection of 1ml Bupalex per 20kg body weight by deep intramuscular injection into neck muscles.
Not more than 10ml should be injected into a single site.
Do not administer by intravenous or subcutaneous route.
Withdrawal period from the last day of treatment:

Indications:
Hypocalcaemia diseases, tetanus of any kind, paresis especially parturition paresis, milk fever, lactation disturbances, osteomalacia, rickets, lick diseases, debility of newborns.
Dosage and Administration:
Should be administered either slowly intravenous or subcutaneously.
Horses: 80-100ml per 250kg bodyweight.
Cattle: 40-50ml per 250kg bodyweight.
Sheep and goats: 15-25ml
Pigs: 15-25ml.
Piglets and weaners: 2-3ml.
Dogs and cats: 1-5ml.

Dosage and Administration:
Administer as an oral drench at 1ml/10kg body weight as a single dose.

Active ingredients: Colistin (as sulphate) 4,800,000 IU
Indications:
Gastrointestinal infection in calves, sheep, goats, swine and poultry caused by micro-organisms susceptible to Colin e.g. Coli, Haemophilus and Salmonella.
Dosage and Administration.
Give orally in drinking water and milk.
Calves, sheep & goats: 1gm powder per 80kg bodyweight twice daily for 5-7 days.
Medicated water or milk should be used immediately.
Swine: 1gm powder per 4-8 litres of water or milk for 5-7 days or 1gm in 2-4kg of feed for 5-7 days.
Poultry: 1gm powder per 4-8 litres of water for 5-7 days.
Medicated water should be discarded after 24 hours.
