Therapeutic name: AntiprotozoalGeneric name: Trypanocidal
Active Ingredients: Diminazene Diaceturate 1.05g and Antipyrine 1.31g.
Indications: Dimina-Vet is indicated for the treatment of protozoan diseases in cattle, sheep, horses and dogs: Trypanosomiasis due to Trypanosoma congolense, T. vivax and T. brucei. Piroplasmosis due to Babesia bovis, B.bigemina, B. ovis, B. motasi and B. canis.
Dosage and Administration: Dissolve the contents of 2.36gms sachet in 15ml sterile water to prepare an injectable solution. Inject 1ml per 10kg bodyweight. Withdrawal period from the last day of treatment: Meat and offal: 21 days Milk: 3 days
