Thika Main Prison Visit

On 26th August 2022, our team visited Thika Main Prison in Thika – Kenya. This marks a second visit after an earlier visit led by Lady Arooj and our chairman, Dr. Raju Mohindra, who also chairs Thika Level 5 hospital. We donated medication, food, kids clothes, mattresses, blankets, toiletries, farm fertilizers, books, pencils, and other household items. The facility hosts men, women and children.
Dawa Life Sciences team was led by Mr. Ashvani, CEO – Dawa Life Sciences Animal Health Division, Albert and Sanjee Sharma from the FRDL team; who are discussing some renovations in the prison with the facility’s management.
