Reporting to: Plant Engineer

Brief Job Description:

• Oversee the operation, electrical maintenance, and performance of utility systems (Transformer, DG, Boiler, air compressor, chiller, hot water generator, water system, ETP, AHU, etc.), ensuring uninterrupted service to the operation activity.
• Technical expertise in utility equipment operation, maintenance, and strong analytical skills to identify trends, troubleshoot & implement corrective actions.
• Close working with utility operators and responsible for planning & execution for preventive maintenance.
• Coordination with the storekeeper & responsible for maintaining the inventory of critical spare parts for all utility equipment.
• Responsible for the continuous improvement of utility equipment and drive Energy Saving activities in the plant.
• Assist to analysis the maintenance costs and implement strategies to optimize resource utilization and report preparation.
• Assist with ongoing project activity i.e., planning, execution, supportive documents preparation, coordination with vendor and cross-functional team etc.

• 1. Degree or Diploma in electrical engineering.
  2. 2 to 3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical utility maintenance.
