Reporting to: Group Planning Manager

Brief Job Description:

• To document all the deliberations done in the S&OP meetings and share with all the teams involved timely.
• To prepare timely reorders for all the RM, PM, FGs whether local or imported
• To generate and prepare the Priority list summary from the SAP and share appropriately
• To prepare monthly Production plans and share to the manufacturing teams
• To prepare and share the weekly production schedules to the manufacturing teams machine line wise ensuring that production schedules are done based on available materials to avoid wasted labor
• Ensure proper filing of the supply chain planning and control documents. This includes and is not limited to the narcotics, sugar and neutral spirit details
• Ensures that all materials requirements are communicated in good time to the purchase teams for timely purchase and delivery to the warehouses
• Monitor the daily stock levels and flag immediately any potential stock gaps arising from either purchase, logistics or production issues
• Ensure timely production plans are shared to the manufacturing teams for the month and weekly
• Ensures that planning reports of Inventory and forecast accuracy are prepared and shared in a timely manner

• Professional Certification preferably undergraduate certification or Higher Diploma planning and management.
• Must have a strong analytical mind, computer literate and able to analyze data and prepare reports for performance tracking
• Possesses good interpersonal skills, communication skills, presentation skills, leadership skills, problem solving skills
• Must have Self-drive and be able to work with minimal supervision
• Experience- Minimum 3- 5 years working experience in a similar position or a sound understanding of the product life cycle from idea generation to marketing Launch.
• Must have a sound understanding of the -procure to pay cycle and warehouse operation for both RM, PM and FG.
• Must understand the impact of supply chain operation to the P&L
• Understanding of the concept of integrated resource planning systems. SAP knowledge is a must.
