Warehouse Manager

Reporting to: Chief Commercial Manager

Location: Dawa Life Sciences, Ruaraka

We are seeking a qualified professional to oversee warehouse operations, Good Storage Practice (GSP) compliance, stock control, safety, documentation and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Good Storage Practice (GSP)
• Ensuring that quality objectives and delivery timelines are met
• Administering stock control for all warehouses -FG, RM, PM and Spares
• Ensuring awareness and knowledge of condition and location of fleet vehicles
• Liaising with transporters, Suppliers and clients
• Being responsible for correct documentation and warehousing records for all warehouses- FG, RM, PM, and spares and for temperature and Humidity Monitoring and Reporting.
• Being responsible for Warehouse Pest Control
• Managing Warehouse OPEX budget
• Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment
• Overseeing receiving, warehousing and distribution operations
• Implementing Operational policies and procedures
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Leading warehouse team

Qualifications and Experience:

• 1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy is a requirement
  2. A minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Warehouse Manager in Pharmaceutical Industry
  3. Demonstrate a good understanding in warehouse management procedures and best practices
  4. Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
  5. Proficient Knowledge of inventory and inventory controls
  6. Valid driving license
  7. Proficient computer skills: MS Office and SAP MRP
